Youth Voices

The voice of youth is central to the YHP and what we do and how we do it. We asked hundreds of young people from all over the world and all types of endeavour at the 2019 One Young World Summit which health-related youth issues they thought that world leaders should address most urgently. This wordcloud was the result showing the central concerns over mental health, the need to improve access to healthcare and education and above all to work together. Many of the other concerns interlink youth health with the health of the planet and human rights. These challenges are all addressed through our range of programmes in which youth mental health is taking an increasingly important role.
